Are you talking about it takes a long time to see the passcode screen after turning the watch back on? If so, on my series 6, it takes about 30 seconds.
Up to version 6.2.8, the OS would load in 20 seconds
Now it's taking minutes, or sometimes it crashes and I have to press the power button again

It varies for me. Ever since OS6, Sometimes my watch will take 30 seconds to load up and sometimes it takes 2 to 3 minutes. That’s across the Series 4 then my series 5 and then my Series 6. But I’ve not had any watch crash on me
