my macbook pro is running very very very slowly, should i upgrade my ram or what please help.

Still sluggish after a restart.

Edit: Run update_prebinding and repair permissions, if it happened after an Software update.

I was having a similar problem. It turns out some system files were corrupted. Try an archive & install from the OS disk. Should be fine after that.
