fluidedge macrumors 65816 May 3, 2008 #4 no unfortunatly iMovie 08 doesn't seem to have slo-mo. Quite what Apple were thinking when they put iMovie 08 together i don't know. I think you can still download an older version of iMovie from the apple website. Or there's Final Cut Express of course.

AviationFan macrumors 6502a May 5, 2008 #5 Or ask a friend that has Shake (and knows how to use it) to generate the slow motion clip. Shake has optical flow-based timing algorithms that produce very good slow motion effects. Then, import the result back into iMovie. - Martin
