I have some localhosts ala SABnzbd, Sickbeard, etc that take a long time to unload on restart/shutdown and was wondering if there was a way to execute a terminal kill process on the culprits when I restart/shutdown automatically or if there is a way to fix the slow unloading of those processes. Thanks.

The issue isn't with the OSX its with the apps taking their sweet time to close during shutdown/restart. If I close out those apps before executing a shutdown/restart then everything is perfect, but I don't want to have to do that every time. I was wondering if there was a way to execute a script at shutdown/restart to force close those apps. Thanks.
