Slow Sleep

Hey.
I guess I just noticed it now seeing as I just started using the feature again. But for some reason when I put my imac to sleep it takes about 20 seconds for it to actually go to sleep. Does anyone know why this occurs?

Same with mine......sometimes longer. Have used Onyx to check but nothing appears untoward.

I found it slow to wake up. Wish it has a LED screen.

It just needed a few good restarts and it started to work normally again.
