slow sms loading?

    hey

    my iphone has recently started loading SMS conversations really slowly... like, it takes at least 6 seconds for the app to load. i only have maybe 50 texts in there total... whats going on?

    firmware 1.1.3 locked

    mine too. Its a pain.

    ditto a lot of the apps load up slow now got to be the new firmware update!

    mine's been getting progressively slower with each firmware update too... :(!

    It's happening on both my phones, one is 1.1.2, the other 1.1.3.

    its the app suport program that gives you caller ID but it slows down the sms app, deinstall it and you'll see the difference, after you can install it again

    seems alot faster with the update, everything feels a little quicker:):)

    I do not see the least difference. Its a pain in the ***. How about investing some brain power into this issue, Apple? (Ok, there are so many more things to do, like "securing" the next update against unlockers again...)

    Same here. I didn't really notice it until after I installed 1.1.4 at it picked up speed.

    Mine is slow as well, it seems to have gotten worse with each upgrade even after I've cleared out all of my text messages.

    Slow here to....its pretty painful. Maybe they will release a patch or something soon? :(

    yea 1.1.4 still very slow but doesnt take so long like 6 secs, i've got around 50 sms as well which takes 3 or 4 sec.

    true, a little bit faster then 1.1.3 but still slow. :(
