Having the same issue here. ONLY ON 3G.

I too am on AT&T with a grandfathered unlimited plan. I'm only at 700 MB now and am usually on a wifi.

Pandora works flawlessly while on a wifi network, but the minute I stray from the network or turn off wifi, the slowness starts. Minutes to load the next song.

FWIW, I use the Radio.com app a lot. I have NO problems catching a station and holding it. Data throughput "appears" fine in most of my other apps, downloading emails, and pulling up pictures on Facebook. This seems to revolve a LOT around Pandora. I suspect AT&T is looking at whatever network ports the Pandora app uses and is throttling those ports.

I pay for service from AT&T and I pay for PandoraOne. This pisses me off, as I use Pandora DAILY in my car. The day the next gen iPhone drops, I'm outta here, AT&T.

There is a bug in pandora app that's causing it to freeze when connected to a 3g network. I already emailed pandora support team and they are aware of the problem. When I had issues with pandora I thought it was the AT&T 3G network, but when I load iheart radio it works fine. So it's definitely the pandora app thats causing it to time out.

it's pandora, you can read the reviews on the app store. thankfully and hoping for an update soon.

so it seems like there's been a fix at Pandora. i was constantly checking for an update through the app store since i figured out what the problem was. no update has came out BUT after seeing the recent reviews on the app store, some have mentioned deleting and re-installing worked. I deleted the app, shut down all apps and safari pages and did a hard reset just to be safe. i installed it the app and seems to have worked. all music was playing correctly without any pauses.
