Slow start up after log in? (GIF Included)

I have attached a GIF to show my log in for my Macbook Pro Retina 2014 Mid model... It was done through a clean install and I think it takes a while for the menu bar to load?

It's the same deal for mine on a late-2009 27", takes a while for some options to work as well, such as switching user.

Same on my rMBP. I think it might be intended behavior.

I don't understand how long it takes. It looks on the GIF like it's almost instant. Can you record a video and post it on Youtube instead? I may not have the answer, but I'm still a bit curious.

The top menu bar takes a while to load, that's the issue

Oh, thats because when you start up, no applications that offer menu bars are loaded. The menu bar shows up once finder finishes loading.

Sometimes the menu bar loads instantly though

Just depends on how fast Finder loads
