slow surfing problem (firefox & safari)

suddenly my mac just lost its surfing speed..

my browsers keep 'loading' or 'searching' webpages and servers.
when i fire up my other pc it just happends in a snap.

i did a speedtest on my mac and i have my full broadband connection :-/

what to do.. what to do?
