After upgrading to Sonoma, my iMac 21 inch 2019 is very slow to connect to wifi after sleep. It used to be instantaneous. In Ventura, you could reorder the wifi networks and put yours at the top but received wisdom seems to be that this is now automatic because it knows the network you use. I appreciate it's only a little bug but 'tis a tad annoying. Any suggestions?

It takes about 30 seconds. I have a Mac mini running Big Sur on the same modem and that is instantaneous. Is it something to do with Sonoma? I don't remember it being that slow in Ventura.

Any USB drive, especially USB hub attached to the Mac running Sonoma? My Mac was disconnected to WiFi when a Lexar USB is plugged in. This is werid!

Thanks for that. I unplugged my USB hub but unfortunately it made no difference.
