I've had this problem before, where my MBP is slow to sleep. Previously, it would sleep extremely fast. I have not timed it, but I would estimate 2-5 seconds. The last time I had the slow sleep problem, I solved it by clearing my print queue.
This time however, that is not the case. It was sleeping very fast as I have come to expect, for some time now; and bam! After a few updates, it is slow. I would guess now I have to wait approximately 20 seconds for it to sleep.
I have checked in the Activity Monitor, and there is not much CPU being used.
I bought my Mac this past January, and am running 10.6.8.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
