Slow turn on??

Hi,
My mac like turn's on reallly really really slow! It takes like 5-10 minutes just to load completely! Please, please, please help! Soon I will hopefully count the amount of time it takes completely to turn on and each stage as well!

would help to know what kind of macbook you have, specs?
