iPhone 15 Pro Max Slower WiFi

Speed tests on my WiFi network are significantly slower on the 15 pro max than my iPhone 8+. Is there a setting that I’m missing on the new phone?
 
I upgraded from a 12P to a 15P and during the restore to the 15P it set the WiFi privacy to On which slows down WiFi for me.
