Slowing down on iTunes

The setup:

Mac Pro running iTunes
Apple TV using iTunes on Mac Pro

All the music is stored on a server running Win Server 2000. All computers are hard wired via Cat 5.

When I am playing iTunes on my Mac Pro, the album art is slow and shaky to come up.

Very little delay in the music, there is a noticeable delay in getting the album art to come up.

Any suggestions? Or am I being to picky? 😉
