iPod touch Slowly Turning On the Servers?

Is Apple slowly turning on the servers? I hear that some people are getting it to work. And there's pictures to prove it in this thread:

Yes, I believe they are slowly rolling it out to different areas of different countries, if it's possible for them to do that. Or maybe just a random lucky few got through to the update page. Anyway, we'll all have it before 12AM Saturday PDT. Probably within the next 2 hours.

Ive gotten to those pics it just freezes when it says preparing to restore and bricks your ipod. Happened to me twice tonight 😡
