iPad Sluggish highlighting animation in app store?

My app store is doing something weird.

When I press on an app in "top free", and it highlights it in blue before it opens the details, it's as if it's slow to highlight it because for a split second it'll be half highlighted

Is there something wrong with my ipad?

This happens to me aswell. If i scroll down a list fast in the app store on my iPad it will highlight an app a few rows above it.
