small chip in display. repair methods?

i was wondering how i can fix a small chip in my macbook screen. any advice? Thanks in advance, Hooch 😎

p.s. ive heard the whole petroleum jelly thing works on lcd but im not doing ANYTHING til i get feedback from people with better knowledge than myself. Thanks again.
