Small Crack in Screen. Replace?

Gents,

I have a small crack/scratch in the lover left hand side of my iPhone 4S. Is there a reliable place where I can buy a new glass panel for the front to get it fixed? I'm sure I could replace/repair it myself with a descent set of instructions, but wasn't sure where would be a good place to pick up a replacement part.

The crack is about an inch long and goes from the side to the bottom of the glass front on the phone. Sort of like a 1/4th circle shape.

I heard that apple stats in there conditions if theres just one crack that they consider it a fault, but not positive.
