When I try to scroll the screen by pressing next to the dots at the bottom of my screen it is unresponsive. Is this supposed to be like this by the dots?
Also, how do I make it so my haptic feedback volume doesn’t randomly go loud then quiet then loud?

I’m not 100% what you’re talking about but I assume you would like to switch to another Home Screen. This is achieved by flicking left or right. The dots only show the amount of home screens and which one you’re on right now.

What I’m talking about is when I put my finger directly to the right or left of the dots the screen doesn’t let my finger swipe left or right. Is this normal

I'm assuming you mean the pagination dots on the home screen. If you click directly on them, you should be able to scroll to different home screens. You can even click and drag your finger (left to right) to fast scroll between screens. If you hold on them, it goes into the Edit Home Screen mode.

See post 4. In addition if you put your finger next to the dots and are close but not on the dots nothing happens. That’s the same on my device.
