Small phones with optical image stabilization (OIS)

Are there any small phones with optical image stabilization (OIS) as a camera feature?

I consider 4.3" or less to be small.

I know there are several phones that are 4.5" or larger with OIS (e.g. Lumia 925, Lumia 1020, HTC One, Nexus 5)

Don't know of any small phones that have it, but I can tell you it's a very useful feature. I like it a lot.
