Small Speaker Icon On Top Bar

Overnight it seems i keep getting a speaker item pop up on the info bar, and now it seems to be there perminantly. Never had it show up before or on any of my previous phones.

Any ideas?

I was a bit curious since nothing in the manual mentions this particular icon then I saw other threads and ran into this article: http://www.everythingicafe.com/foru...his-speaker-icon-on-the-status-bar-62580.html
which looks a heck of alot like the icon you have on your iPhone.

Thanks, now explains alot, i wouldnt have minded it if it was a crisp icon for the retina display.
