Smallest MacBook Pro Charger

What is the smallest and lightest MacBook charger you know of that works with MacBook pros? I don't really care to much as long as it could juice up a MacBook Pro 15" 2018 at least 50% up.

I am mostly looking for small form factors but light would be appreciated too.

It would be cool if it was near the size (or smaller than) the current MacBook pro charging brick.

Are you charging the MacBook Pro while it's in use? How hard are you going to be running the machine? Is it acceptable if the battery still drains slowly while using the machine?

As you can see, it depends on your requirements because you can use any USB-C phone charger, they're all pretty small. They certainly won't keep the battery at 100% while running CPU/GPU intensive tasks though.
