Smart Back-Ups to my External HD?

Does anything do this apart from SuperDuper? I'm using USB2 and moving 135Gb takes quite a while over it even if it runs at night. So yeah, does anything else do Smart Backups?


I don't really want to pay but I will if needed.

the acclaimed time machine in leopard is said to have this function. costs $129.

Carbon Copy Cloner will do it as well. Although, I much prefer SuperDuper, personally.
