Smart Battery Case Update

How has your case been? Still experiencing the USB message? My case seems to have gotten better with 12.4 which is weird. Occasionally I get the vibration like I just connected the smart batter case.

Only went like a week ok, and it went back to disconnecting and reconnecting, so I stopped using it again.

I just got notified that my mom's replacement Product Red Smart Battery Case arrived. I'm just posting this to create a timestamp in case the new case goes bad as well.

No update will help this issue. The case simply gets loose over time that’s why it disconnects. I’ve noticed heat accelerates the process if you use your phone in the sun for example.

Basically it’s design issue and not a software issue.

Does anyone who has this case ever noticed that the compass app will not work at all?

Been having problems with the compass freezing for months - tried everything, restall etc.

On a thought, I removed the case and magically the compass jumps straight back to life.

I’m going to mophie in the future with the new Max. I haven’t had this case 7 months and I need a new one AGAIN.
