Hi,

I have tried a bit of searching myself and can't find anything.

I have an iPad Pro with the Smart Keyboard, and I bought a little stand for it. I would like to use the keyboard while using this stand but the smart keyboard is not compatible with it.

Does a Smart Keyboard extension or adapter exist where I can just plug it in on the device and on the Smart Keyboard and I can just use the keyboard on the table and the iPad sitting in the stand?

This is the stand BTW

Unfortunately I don't think something like this exists. You have a very nice stand there, I like the design, just like the iMac foot. Should be great as a second screen next to an iMac! Anyway, you have a couple other options. If you have an unused Bluetooth keyboard you could dedicate it to this workspace. Most keyboards should work fine with an iPad. Since you use the Apple Smart Keyboard, I think the Logitech Keys to go offer a similar sort of feel with the cloth covering over the keys. Sometimes you can shoot them for cheap on Amazon, they come in multiple colours and can be charged via a little USB cable every now and then. Just as an idea. :)

Hi Eric,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I very much like this stand. I purchased it on eBay. $30aud it cost me. I do have a apple bluetooth keyboard, so I guess I'll just go with that and I might let the Smart Keyboard go.

It really depends if it's maybe useful as a mobile keyboard when leaving the house. I think one of the nice things about the ASK is that the iPad can be connected so quickly.
