Smart Covers for iPhone 5

As much as I hate threads full of clueless people opining on what we'll see in iPhone 5, I am curious if anyone would be interested in mini Smart Covers.
 
imagine all the lint, dust and grit getting between it and your screen while it's in your pocket moving around. A disaster waiting to happen.
 
Would the cover just hang off on the side while talking? Or would you have to remove it to talk. Sounds cumbersome.
 
It would be pointless for me as I use my phone a lot, and having to peel a cover off my phone would get annoying after 10 minutes. Also, this would block notifications if we were to see an upgraded notification system. I wouldn't buy one.
 
i think it would hurt for apple to put the magnet in there for companies that make pouches and folio cover or wallets so when you close it you know it is off, as for the smart cover i dont think that would work
