hi

i'm trying to create a smart folder that shows me my most recently accessed documents.

the problem i have is that when i select the "document" criterial i'm getting all these html and other files i do not want.

is there a way to filter these out? if i remove "documents" i can no longer see my MS Office documents.

Thanks

Do a "Name" and "is not" the extension of those files. I just tried it and it worked.

Could you do something like this to narrow it down the MS file types you want?

I tried that first. It doesn't seem to work with multiple types of files, like he has in his example.

EDIT: Actually, yeah, if you have that "Any" at the top, it should work like Weaselboy's screenshot works. Switch out "kind:document" for the "name:ends with" and leave the rest alone. If you need other files to show up, just repeat and exchange it for the other extensions.
