Smart folder question

I've not used smart folders much so I hope someone can help me.
I've set my search criteria and it works fine. Except the folder includes all the duplicate files on my Carbon Copy Cloner disk.
I can't seem to find a way to exclude a drive/volume from the smart folder search results.
I hope I'm missing something simple.
