The Smart Keyboard is definitely convenient way to carry a keyboard with you, especially if you want to type long passages. However, it makes the IPP feel about twice as heavy as the IPP alone, so I find myself taking the Keyboard off when I'm reading, coloring, or handwriting on the IPP (which is most of the time for me) and reconnecting it only when I want the screen protected (using the Keyboard as a cover) or when I'm typing relatively long passages like this.

BTW, I tend to like to use my IPP while I'm sitting on the couch with my feet on the coffee table. This is not a good position for using the Smart Keyboard, but I've FINALLY found a workaround. I just grab a throw pillow, put it in my lap, and place the Smart Keyboard on it. Suddenly, the angle is no longer awkward and I can type without having to sit upright (heaven forefend!) to do so.

This Logitech keyboard just can't keep up with how fast I type... Can't wait for my Smart Keyboard so this POS can go back.

Got my hands on a smart keyboard finally. Using it for a couple of days now, I really think its a great cover and keyboard. Some function keys would have been nice though, but for now this feels as the best combination for me.
