Smart Shell Case Ipad 3 like Speck Smart Shell

Does one exist, where it has the magnetic holder for the smart case on the back. Bonus if it holds the smart cover in place.

I didnt like the way the one for the iPad 2 fit it. Thanks for the help!

Incase makes one as well. 2 magnets on the back for an extra display position. I think it's called Magnetic Snap case or Mag Snap case.

Any idea on how thick the Devicewear Union is? The site mentions 4MM's but that can't be right. I have the SwitchEasy Coverbuddy but would like the back magnet. I would definitely look at this if it was 1.2mm's or less.
