smartboard connection?

Hello All,

I am wondering if anyone out there is using a macbook pro to connect to a Smartboard? I am having difficulties getting things to work properly . . . when I first connected things ard turned on the Smartboard, things worked okay - since that point I was prompted to upgrade the software used with the board and since the upgrade I haven't been able to get things working - I can't get the screen to show anything but the space desktop picture from Leopard. Any thoughts or suggestions on this would be much appreciated!! Cheers!

Are you using the Smartboard to mirror or extend your desktop? Sounds to me like it might be extending it. Go into your display preferences and set it to mirror display:

One thing to note, is that the Smartboard connection varies as there have been many different models. Are you solely just trying to connect to the projector or to actually use the Smartboard to control your MacBook Pro?
