This is what I see in the Settings app:

It has shown me this since I first enabled the new Siri in the Settings app nearly two months ago now. I had enabled it on my iPad at the same time. The iPad was approved to use the new Siri in about a day. I am still waiting on my Mac. I don't understand what's going on. I had upgraded to the beta to try all its signature features out. Now the OS is nearly released and I'm still sitting here looking at this screen and feeling extremely frustrated. At this rate I wonder if I will be able to get it working on the release version of macOS 27 or if I will simply never have the smarter Siri on this computer at all ever.

I have done the obvious, like attempting to disable Siri and reenable it again many, many times. Given how many beta builds we've gone through I've also obviously tried restarting my computer by now. I have also just left it alone and waited for weeks to see if it will eventually continue. It just isn't budging. When I enable the smarter Siri, I will see the new icon in my dock right away, but launching it seems to launch the old experience.

Is there anything I could check in the Activity Monitor or elsewhere to figure out the actual state of Siri in order to get some clues as to what has even gone wrong? Is there a way to completely reset this that is more thorough than simply turning Siri off but doesn't require me to reinstall the entire OS?
