First post, so go easy! I came by this case from a Japanese website, the Smarthings Bubble Pack Case, but I can't seem to find a review of anyone that has it. So by any chance, does anyone own one or has bought one and can give me an impression of what it's like?

I just bought this two days ago! But firstly, the price on that website is ridiculous. I got it for $14.90 from a pushcart in a Singapore mall, and they had more colors, including lavender, lime, baby blue, etc.

I was attracted by the slim fit and also the prospect of being able to fit a card in, so I got it. However, I was unable to get the machine on the bus to detect my card when it was inside. It's quite puzzling because it usually works fine even when covered by something, and this case is quite thin. I can only guess that there's interference from the metal body of the iphone or something.

Do let me know how it works for you if you get it.

Thanks for being honest about it! That would definitely be a little problem if it doesn't allow it to be detected... Yeah I was hoping I could find it at some mall at a cheaper price but no luck yet.

A question though, I can't read the language on the images on that site but how does the case hold in? Does it just slide on or are there clips or some sticky parts?

just bought some from that ahappydeal website, got the 2 dollar shipping so it could take a month or so -__-

BUT I am excited to see how these cases work, got one for me and the misses

Hiya guys. I just got this case (a delay I know lol) and I have to say that the card reading works for me fine... I bought mine in Japan, and have had a good couple of days using it.

However I am a little concerned about how well the case will protect the phone if you drop it. The reason is because the sides only reach just below the chamfered edges...
