    I barely make any calls anyway ;) If anything if a phone I had burst into flames/exploded it'd probably burn my fingers or something instead!

    Luckily he wasn't hurt too bad. I heard Android Phones tend to blow up. :rolleyes:

    My iPod 5g exploded - luckily it wasnt in my jeans at the time!!!!! :eek:

    I live in the DFW and saw the story on the local news when it broke. What I find most interesting is that after the grave injury and in the shock and panic of such an odd occurance, what do you suppose he did? Call 911 or go to the hospital... um no, he reportedly drove himself to his wife/girlfriend's place of employment so she could take pictures of everything. Hmmm... I wouldn't be surprised to find that he also contacted the local news for the story. Maybe I'm being cynical, but it sounds like a potential scam or publicity lawsuit to me.
