Smartphone Sync

I have a Smartphone SPV500 and want to sync with iCal/Address book.

There seems to be 2 programs available: pocketmac and missingsync.

Anyone got any experience with these programs?

I have heard good things about The MissingSync but I am waiting until they both support WM5 to give them a try.
