Anyone else using this? $7, but seems pretty good so far.
Im willing to try it but its not letting me add the http://apt.media-phone.ch/ to the Sources in Cydia...it says "Bad URL". How do I go about it?
Strange, I was able to add it last night no problem, and I was just able to add it to my iphone. Might want to try again -- i's worth it, IMHO.
Is that a pic of your lockscreen? How do you use it, i.e do you lose the ability to have the screen locked, I don't see a slide to unlock button......paint me confused
pretty sure tapping the little lock icon unlocks it...
Ah right, so that replaces the slide to unlock button then?
Are the widget apps accessible w/o unlocking? Once you unlock, do the apps stay present?
It is the lockscreen -- widgets can only be seen when the screen is locked. Pull up from the bottom to get the slide to unlock screen. There's an option to always show the slider, though.
there isn't a demo version.
The lite version only works on ipod/iphone, and the ipad version asks for paid registration.....
Need a demo before I'm dropping $7
Looks nice but I would also like a trial before dropping $7 on this.
I bought it and have ZERO regrets!
I'm with you. I have been using LockInfo on my iPhone for a long time and have been using the iPad beta version of LockInfo since it came out but switched to Smartscreen yesterday and love it.
I'm willing to pay for it. I just can't figure out how to get it.
URL worked for me. Just added the repo fine.
Worked the second time I tried. Where do we get the widgets?
EDIT: Found them
Can someone please post a step by step to this. I understand how to get themes and stuff not but I'm just not picking up this one and what to do.
Go into Cydia
Then sources, hit edit and then add
Paste this into the box http://apt.media-phone.ch/ (be sure to delete the http:// that is already there)
It should do some stuff...
Then go back into sources and it should appear as MediaPhone Repository.
Press it and pick the apps you want. Make sure they are for the iPad.
Thanks DaneGuy, well I go into cydia and I have a "more package sources". I go into that area and up at the top is says "add more sources at your own risk". Sorry but I dont see an edit anywhere.
I'm trying to do this from memory....
In Cydia, press manage at the bottom.
Then you should see:
Do you now see your sources (Entered by user and installed by package)?
Click edit which is in the upper right hand corner
Then all the way on the left will appear the button add
That did it. Sorry I was in the wrong area in cydia
Anyone know how to get the Widget changes to take? I keep changing settings and they keep resetting to the default. Weird.
you need to reload/refresh.
Just bought this, very nice! Thanks for the heads up. Hope they make more widgets for it.
Enjoying the full program here. Thanks for the help
Nice job matching the time, temp, and car stripe to the blue In the calendar. Looks cool.
