And don't forget Amazon Prime credit card - another 5 percent saved (although for most the doubling of warranty at Costco adds more value).

Now back to $1299 Amazon; $1099 remains at Costco until Friday 21 April, I’m told.

Who would ever want to return a Mac mini? To buy one is to love one. :)
I agree. I thought that I was "done" with Mac OS devices when the newer of my two iMacs (2013, 2017) died recently. But I wasn't quite positioned to ditch Mac OS at the moment. I checked out the new iMacs and found them to be unreasonably expensive for what they provide.

Costco happened to be running a sale on the base model M2 Mac Mini and picked one up thinking that it would give me a little breathing room until I could finally migrate off of Mac OS.

But once I migrated my stuff over to it, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it performed. I added an external SSD and a Satechi dock/base and it handles everything that I've thrown at it without even breaking a sweat. Given the price for function/performance... I'm in no rush to move off of it. 😁

Updated title with [ENDED] so it’s clear it’s over. Alas. $200 off is no joke for the M2 Pro Mac mini.
