Okay, so I have built a Windows FTP Server so I can access my files at home from the office or wherever I am at if I'm not on my LAN. Under Windows via FTP or Locally, the files show up correctly with the correct file sizes. However, under Mac and via FTP, they show up with significantly smaller file sizes, and not for all files. Under SMB it's fine. I have a screen shot to show what I mean since it's hard to explain:

As you can see, the left (accessing the Server via SMB) shows the correct file sizes for those movies, while the right (via FTP) does not. So if I want to download say "Red" via FTP I cannot since it's only downloading 121.8MB when it should be 4.42GB. Thoughts? Thanks.

I experienced something similar.
When I connect via Finder menu entry
Go -> Connect to Server...
to a Windows FTP server I do not see the correct file sizes.
For me these are files which are greater than ~4GB.

In your case these seem to be files greater than 4.26GB.

I downloaded Cyberduck as an FTP client for Mac OS X.
Recommended by many other users. Great tool.
It shows file sizes correctly. Download is straightforward.

Yeah, it looks like your Windows FTP server is not properly handling files that are larger than 2^32 bytes, and it's just rolling over. Anything under 4.29 GB will show up properly, anything above will just be some number + 4.29GB (if it only rolled over once.. ie. not greater than 8.58GB).
