SMS Alert Tone Interval, Reduce From 2 Mins.

Hi,

Is it possible to reduce the interval between SMS message alerts from 2 mins?

I have a Jailbroken iPhone 4 running 4.3.3. I know the interval can't be changed in the user interface, but might there be a file I can edit to reduce the interval to 1 min, or whatever else I want? I'm guessing the interval is set in a .plist file somewhere.
