SMS Icon Disappeared!

Hi,

I've just had my iPhone replaced by Apple and unfortunately the new one is on 4.0.2 so I can't Jailbreak it.
I've restored the iPhone from a backup and the SMS icon is nowhere to be seen! When jailbroken I used a 5 icon dock which I assume is the source of the problem.

Anyone know how to get this back?
