SMS on iPhone X

So me and my partner both have iPhone X but we don’t seem to be receiving any SMS, I was trying to go into twitter and they normally send a code by SMS but I haven’t received. Tried it severa times, restarted the phone and removed the sim but still nothing.

Anyone else had this issue (I’m in the UK, on three network).
