SMS Popup for Future Release

You know how right now if you get a text message you can either reply or hit close? And if you hit reply it closes whatever app you are using and opens the sms app? Wouldnt it be cool if you could just somehow reply to the text right there without closing the current app, kind of like no matter what app your using you can open ipod controls.

A very simple and elegant upgrade to the iPhone were it to become available.

theres a sticky for this. altho thatd b rly nice but steve wud prob say it takes 2 much battery life for a simple popup 2 read & ansr the text
