Are you talking about text messages being relayed to call applicable devices? If so, that feature has been turned off by Apple until next month.

i need help i have a macbook pro mid 2014 ipad air and iphone 5s i try the sms relay but is not working for me i have my mac on Yosemite and my idevice on 8.1 my phone detects my mac but is not showing the code to activate the sms relay any helps

Make sure that all of your devices are set to use an email address for iMessage in addition to your phone number. If you have multiple email addresses associated for use with iMessage then note that it doesn't need to be your AppleID email address. Note also that, unfortunately, those email addresses need to remain active in order for the relay to work. If you disable them for use with iMessage then the relay stops working.
