SMS via handoff issue

For some reason I can easily send iMessages from my phone number from both my Mac and iPhone, but SMS messages won't send from my Mac. I can see them on my Mac, if I send one from my iPhone it shows up on my Mac right away as well. But when I type out an SMS on my Mac and hit enter, it just disappears. Anyone else?

This has been probably the most disappointing bug of the beta. Hopefully it is fixed with the next release.

Yeah I mean I can understand them missing minor little bugs, but we're in beta 4 already and this is a pretty big bug. Hard to believe they didn't notice it. Oh well, I'm sure it will be fixed this next week.

It is pretty disappointing for now, but at least I can read them! Ha!
