I'm trying to understand this test messaging thing...SMS and MMS...
I've sent MMS messages to my iPhone via xxxxxxxxxx@mms.att.net and the message appears in my messages and the badge appears noting the number of messages received.
However when I end a SMS message to my iPhone via xxxxxxxxxx@txt.att.net the phone chimes but there is no message in the message app. No badge. I can't find the message?
I'm further confused because within the messages I have sent messages to my cell phone number (SMS?) and email address (MMS) and received both of them back in messages?
This all started when I wanted to check my upgrade status with AT&T and dialed *639# and the phone chimed but I can't find any message?
What am I missing?
