14 Pro with the Apple MagSafe clear hard plastic case, and for Christmas we got a Snap 3 Pro grip, it doesn’t work consistently with the Apple MagSafe puck.
The phone, the puck, and the grip all seem to heat up about 20-30 minutes into charging, and then the iPhone and/or the puck stops the charging process.
Their website says things should work fine (blag blah blah), and their 3rd party warranty department has suggested I return it for a refund, so just a heads up if one is thinking of getting the product.
It is slim and works well otherwise. It helps keep the phone from wobbling due to the camera bump.
