Snap to edge

When moving windows around on macOS, is there an option to turn off ‘snap to edge’?

I hate as I move a window, if it gets close to the edge of another window, it wants to sort of attach to it. Then if I try to move the window it is almost as if it’s stuck…

I don't know about an option to completly turn it off, but while moving a window around you can hold the alt-key to deactive the snap to edge thing.
