Im trying to get a Publisher document into Pages and so far i have exported it as a PDF from Publisher and opened that up in Preview on OS X, then i drug the page i wanted over into Pages. All is well but i want to resize the page i dragged over to fit. I put a ruler on either side 0.5" in for a margin and started to stretch the whole thing over there but it never "snapped" into place, it only seems to do that when lining up the center of the object. I looked int he settings and didnt see anything relevant. What can i do to make the edges snap?
