Snapz Pro X deactivate command shift 3

I noticed this even if I change the prefs if still wont take a picture. Any advice?

Delete this **** piece of software and use ScreenFlow.

You got it man! I can't believe it has overwrote a mac os function!

You can alter the key commands to invoke snapz in the preferences. That will allow you to use both.
