Snow covered dock?

Trying to get a little more Christmasy on a few machines, and some one suggested Snow along the top of the dock, is it a hack with and image edit, or is it more, can it be done?

don't see a snow theme but probably can find one and or create one, not really sure if it work with tiger. never used it just remember it.

I remember playing around with this a few years ago. It was more trouble implementing than it was worth...
Times might have changed that though!

These kind of things only help me change my mind too often. There will be times when I go beserk and have lots of skins and modifications, and others when I go right back to basics and try to strip everything down to the bare bones.

I guess if I can't get these things working though, I can't use them, so have to stick with what I have. I know I won't though.
